Hardik Pandya took birth on 11 October 1993 at Surat in Gujarat.
From 2013 Hardik played for Baroda cricket team. In the 2013–14 season the credit for the leading role in winning the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy goes to pandya.
During IPL 2015, he scored 21 runs out of 8 balls and he grabbed three vital catches which helped Mumbai Indians to beat Chennai Super Kings by six wickets. He was honoured as the man of the match. After that during the 2016 World 20-20 match which was against Bangladesh on 23rd March, there he took two crucial wickets in the last three balls at the final over of the match where India beat Bangladesh by one run.
His best bowling figures of his career was of 4 for 38 that was achieved in the 3rd and final 20-20 International verses England on 8th july 2018. In that match he got 33 Not Out among 14 balls, that made a milestone triumph for him.The first Indian who took 4 wickets and scored above 30 runs in a T20I in the same match was none other than hardik pandya.
In September 2021, Pandya’s name was proposed in India’s squad for the 2021 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
